Immunotherapy

Immunotherapy: Allergen-specific immunotherapy, administered under the skin (subcutaneous or injectable) or the pet's tang (sublingual or spray/drops), is a safe and effective treatment to prevent allergy progression in pets. It is formulated based on allergy test results and helps reduce long-term anti-allergy medication use. While immunotherapy boosts the immune system and helps combat allergens, in some animals it may take several months to see improvements, and some pets might need lifelong treatment. However, immunotherapy remains the only treatment that deals with the cause but suppresses the symptoms.
